I found out about Roy and his services via word of mouth from other bmw riders in our group. I rang booked my gs rallye in for its 24000 mile service, Roy collected it, did all the work then talked me through the service when i collected the bike. This gave me reassurance with the work involved and what he had done. Luckily there were no major issues and i would highly recommend anyone to him. Way better than i was treated at bmw mottorrad. I’ve used RGM several times for BMW servicing and I’ve been very pleased with them. I’ve just had my S1000RR serviced and afterwards it needed a new rocker cover gasket to cure an oil leak. Roy carried this out and delivered the bike back to me, all at no additional cost. This is excellent service.

Roy provides a great service with honest advice. Taking in my R1200 RS for a 12k mile service I was advised to have the drive shaft unit checked and serviced.. unfortunately this uncovered the fact that it had seized and required repair or replacement. Luckily Roy was able to do this for me with a quick turnaround.

Roy handled the complete recommissioning of my R1150 including a full service, new tyres and lots more. Although this was the first time I had dealt with him he was friendly and professional and his huge knowledge of the motorcycle business inspires total confidence. Couldn’t be happier with my newly invigorated bike, I will definitely be back for service in the future.
