Very prompt and helpful responses to my initial query and speedy resolution of my laptop problem, sourcing and fitting a keyboard and then speeding it up at no extra cost. Can't praise Ben enough. He took me from being really stressed cos my trusty computer had 'died' to managing to recover my info and build me a wonderful new computer which I'm sure will last for years to come. We would be more than happy to give a glowing report on Ben and his service at any time. We had our computer hacked into from somewhere in the USA where a large number of rather unsavoury sites were implanted causing us considerable grief and requiring us to contact the Police. Ben washed and cleaned our machine and has uploaded only what we need and will keep in touch with us to continue to monitor our system. We are both pensionners and are not very computer literate and Ben dealt with us in language we could understand. We would be more than happy to call upon his services at any time in the future.

I found the engineer very friendly did the work to top standard and even helped with my ipad , I would recommend him every time, and have arranged to have a service every year with him .
