My experience with Estate Agents is mixed but this business know their market inside out. Always a pleasure to deal with. One of the team, Tom, has shown me round at least 3 properties this year. He is a credit to the business.  He is always so well informed on the properties in what is quite incredible detail. He is always really helpful with suggestions for possible future enhancements to the properties or how to deal with any remedial work that may be required for older properties. By far, the best agent I've dealt with this year, probably ever!

We rented a property through Maria B Evans in Standish for just over a year and I honestly cannot fault them. The girls who work there are absolutely lovely and nothing is too much hard work for them. There were a couple of problems with the house when we moved in (leaky shower) and they acted swiftly to rectify this. We had inspections to make sure the property was still suitable on a regular basis and they made our whole time there completely stress free. We moved out as we were expecting a baby and they made the check out process simple and efficient. We got most of our deposit back minus a few quid to pay a professional cleaner, as we'd cleaned the house about 2 weeks before the tenancy ended and it needed a few things going over but nothing major, and they even gave us the opportunity to do it ourselves to save the money. Its refreshing to know that there are honest and professional landlords and letting agents out there still. Our experience with Maria B Evans was a wholly pleasant and professional one and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you ladies! Becky x
